Shipping Rates and Methods

Domestic Shipping (Within the USA)

  • Standard Shipping: $25 for all orders.

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: $100 for all orders.

Processing Time

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 7-10 business days (excluding custom DMX Universe ADD ON, which is an additional 1-2 weeks from the time we receive all essential information requested)

  • Standard International & Canada Shipping: 10-15 business days (excluding custom DMX Universe ADD ON, which is an additional 1-2 weeks from the time we receive all essential information requested)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately at help@ailightshow.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
